UBC President Dr. Benoit-Antoine Bacon Engages with ASSET Group’s Cutting-edge Research on Resilient Structures and Sustainable Housing

On Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, the ASSET Group research team at the School of Engineering, UBC Okanagan, had the honor of hosting a visit from the UBC President, Dr. Benoit-Antoine Bacon. The meeting served as a platform for introducing the UBC President to the ongoing research initiatives within the ASSET Group, led by Dr. Lisa Tobber.

The occasion provided an opportunity for students and post-doctoral fellows to showcase their work, with a particular focus on resilient structures and sustainable housing.
